Both of our November “Stroll Down Broadway” Cabaret concerts were sold out, thanks to you, our faithful audience members. We had a great time, and judging by your response, so did you!

On Saturday, April 8th, the Vintage Singers will present Opera For Everyone. Well-known solos and choruses, sung in English, with commentary by the Director. This is a great way to learn about or revisit the magic of opera. Watch this space for more details next month.

This concert will be in the Old Town Temecula Community Theater at 8:00 pm. Tickets will be $16.00 for all ages. All ticketing will be handled by the theater Box Office and through the theater website. Note that the theater has a $2.50 per ticket service charge for all mail, telephone,and online ticket purchases (walk-in purchases at the Box Office are exempt).

On June 11th, the Vintage Singers will present An Eclectic Concert. This type of concert historically has covered the spectrum of choral music,often with an unusual slant. It is always an exciting experience for those who know the Vintage Singers and for those who love choral music in all forms and like to be surprised.

The Vintage Singers are presenting an “Opera For Everyone” concert in April. This will have wonderful opera choruses like Verdi’s Va Pensiero and Wagner’s Pilgrim’s Chorus. It will offer solo opportunities from a variety of operas. This is a chance to get on board for this exciting concert. We are actively recruiting new singers who wish to perform a variety of music at a high level of musicianship. If you are an experienced choral singer with a good choral blending voice, we welcome and encourage you to join us. The ability to read music is required, as is the desire to contribute to a close-knit group, singing one or two on a part.
